I know that Alloy is mostly a teen clothing line, but then again so is Forever 21, and there is almost always some treasure to uncover there. Here are some cute offerings from Alloy . . .
I don't love the way it is styled in this photo, but the Marren Chiffon blouse would be pretty with a pencil skirt or some nice trousers. Think Katherine Hepburn.
