Thanks to Joslyn, at Simple Lovely, I became aware of the vintage surf photography exhibit that's now here in Dallas (it's free!). I grew up watching my dad teach my brothers to surf at the lovely OC beaches, and spent lots of time at LA beaches when we lived there for a year. I'm going to try to stop by the exhibit next week or the week after, if anyone wants to join me! I'm all over anything vintage California!
