My good friend, Nettie, has the darlingest Etsy shop. I was unaware of her many talents and fabulous taste until only recently. When I came upon her shop, I immediately emailed her asking if she was interested in a giveaway! Nettie donated the sweet We Can Fly Hair Clips for the NieNie day auction, and based upon the amount of bids they received, you all like her stuff, too! Check out some of Nettie's precious ideas:
This is my favorite quilt of Nettie's, the Mendocino Zigzag. It immediately caught my eye, I love her fabric choices; that bright red-orange is fabulous! Oh, and the backs of all her quilts are just as lovely as the fronts.
You have a choice in the giveaway today. If your name is chosen, you can have either a lovely quilt kit or a set of 6 hair clips, from Nettie to you.
This is a pretty shot of the kit you could receive. Each quilt kit features designer fabric and/or reproduction fabric.If you were to choose the Stripes kit, for example, you would receive:
*18 precut strips
*BACKING fabric
*BINDING fabric
*instructions on how to put the quilt together.
As Nettie states on her blog, fabrics will vary with each kit, depending on availability. This finished quilt measures approximately 33" x 40". Perfect project for beginners or pro quilters, also great for teaching children to quilt.

It's a tough choice, I love the two trees hair clips and the birds of a feather hair clips, but the quilt kit would be awesome, too.
